After a classical education she started performing traditional songs from Naples but soon she got in touch with the jazz scene . Then she developed into a special performer combining the singing of beautiful songs with vocal improvisation in a very daring and adventurous way. Now a days she likes to use sample techniques in live appearance. She worked with American guitarist Ralph Towner, the English pianist John Taylor, the Italian Rita Marcotulli and the Italian trumpeter Paolo Fresu, and all her concerts are of high standard.
